Active Flow Control

This is some interesting stuff. It can reduce turbulence and alter pipe flows besides who knows how many other applications to this technology. Anybody else out there ever heard of this technology?

    Yep. I believe its used in thrust vectoring. Some people I know have done some work using counter-current shear layers as a mechanism for control.
